Everything you've put into this image blends so beautifully and creates such a striking impact. Your background detail on the branches of the oak are exquisite and the green motif, with your skillful use of shading and tonality brings a sense of the strange and magical to life. This picture lives and breathes - your details on the woman - tiny when compared to the majesty of nature around her with some astonishing perspective skill - are beautiful too, from the crown on her hair to the way her leg rests on the branch. She could be a mistress of the forest, and it's wonderful to behold. Like all great art, it compels us to wonder - what is The Green Orb? Why it is important? What does it do? That sense of mystery combined with the real is the essence of great fantasy storytelling. Congratulations on inspiring work and thank you for sharing it with us :)
