Underground Sanctuary

Its a hundred years from now. Due to climate changes and biowars, the surface of the earth is no longer inhabitable. The upper crust of society has decided that its far better to live in a controlled artificial environment, away from deadly terrorist attacks and bodily infiltration using nanotechnology. The long term effects of inhaling underground chemicals are yet to be known.
